The vision of Vestfam GmbH is to build and expand a portfolio through investments in real estate in Germany and property-related holdings across Europe and the USA. The aim is to preserve and grow a long-term, diversified portfolio. We manage our directly held properties ourselves and place great value on complementary partnerships when it comes to our equity investments.
In addition, selected third-party mandates are taken on occasionally.
Connected nationwide in Germany and the USA
The target investment volume per individual asset is up to €25 million. In addition to existing properties — with or without restructuring and refurbishment needs — we invest in land with development potential or conversion sites.
